Currently, we are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

Retail Merchandiser

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Retail Merchandiser to support and promote our corporate clients' web stores and/or retail collections. The selected individual will work closely with our corporate clients, as well as our internal sales staff, to promote and enhance the sale of our clients' branded merchandise via e-commerce websites and/or clients' on-site retail locations. Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop a thorough understanding of our clients' brand image and needs, and use that knowledge to promote existing product ideas and develop new ones
Develop distinct, creative marketing plans for our key corporate accounts, with the objective of increasing sales and enhancing the client's brand image
Present retail trends including seasonal colors, popular brands, style and fads in preparation for new program launches
Merchandise quarterly planograms, and facilitate all coinciding marketing materials
Update planograms with focused displays for sale, themed, holiday and causal marketing items
Provide concierge level merchandising service to key accounts, as necessary
Assist in selecting product for program collections, taking into account our customers' specific brand imaging needs
Develop point of sale displays and kiosks for customers, as necessary

Requirements: Experience in a retail merchandising setting and/or e-commerce retail capacity is highly preferred, demonstrating the ability to enhance sales and brand imaging, via merchandising techniques. Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be well organized and prompt in meeting deadlines.

Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, flexible individual for a Sale Representative position, whose primary function will be the pursuit and development of new corporate clients. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Build and secure new business opportunities that are in line with CMG's Strategic Plan and Business Plan
Develop and cultivate long-lasting relationships with new clients
Attend all sales meetings
Track and report status of business development
Must have ability to handle stressful and problem situations in a calm, professional manner

Requirements: Experience in the promotional products or advertising special industry is highly preferred, demonstrating the ability to develop and secure new accounts. Candidate must be energetic, disciplined and focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
