All orders are payable in U.S.
Dollars
For credit card payments, we gladly
accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We also accept payment by mail. Please
send your request along with a check for the full amount to:

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is applied to merchandise
shipped within the State of Michigan only and it is 6% of
the total merchandise value.
International Orders
When shipping internationally, additional charges will apply
and a Customer Service Representative will contact you with
a quote for the freight amount. Please know that the quote
provided is for freight only and does not include any
applicable duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of
the recipient.
With regards to duties and taxes, the
amount due varies depending on many factors and
unfortunately cannot be determined prior to shipment.
Duties
and taxes are paid for in either of the following methods:
1. Once
the items reach the destination country, you will be
contacted with an exact amount due and will have to provide
payment prior to delivery.
2. You
will be billed for them at a later date, in which case you
will be contacted by one of our representatives to inform
you of the amount and we will charge the credit card
provided on the original order.
Express
delivery is not available for international shipments as
customs clearance is what will dictate delivery time. As
such please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Shipping within the Continental
U.S.
We will
ship all in-stock, completed orders within one business day
after receipt of your request. All orders, unless otherwise
specified, are shipped via UPS Ground from our facility in
Taylor, MI. We must have a physical street address for
shipping, unfortunately PO Boxes are non-deliverable.
Express Delivery
When requesting express delivery (Next
Day or 2nd Day Air), we must receive your request
prior to 3:00 p.m. EST to ensure that your merchandise will
ship the same day. Additional charges do apply, please see
freight tables listed above for those amounts.
Product Availability
Items shown on the website are subject
to availability at the time of order, please select the
check inventory button on the item for real time inventory
as well as companion items or suggested substitutes.
Order Acknowledgements
When an order is submitted online, an
email confirmation is immediately sent to the customer at
the address they provided.
A second email is sent when the order
has shipped, a final follow up email will be sent 6 days
after the order shipped reminding you that you should have
received the order at that time and if you have not, to
please contact us at 800.476.2975 so that we can research
the matter for you.
Lead Time
All in stock merchandise orders that
are complete will ship within one business day of receipt.
For orders that have the occasional back-ordered item, we
will ship a partial order for you within 5 business days,
unless otherwise specified.
Merchandise Return or Exchange
For items you are returning for a
credit or sizing exchange, please do so within 10 days of
receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges for the return of
merchandise are the customers responsibility. Please also
see the insert in the package for return instructions.
Return of Damaged or Defective
Merchandise
Please call our Customer Service Representatives at
800.476.2975 so that we may issue a call receipt with UPS
for them to pick up the item(s). When calling, please also
indicate if you would like a replacement item sent or a
credit issued .
